Our TEAM

In the canteen at Haldor Topsoe in Lyngby is Jakob Larsen chef, and is responsible for the daily operation of the canteen. Jakob has, along with his two souschefs David Holtz and Rasmus Svensson, a strong team in the kitchen, and they are all looking forward to giving employees at Haldor Topsoe good dining experiences

Our ambition is to create a canteen where you can
relax and socialize, eat a delicious meal and turn
back to work with renewed energy.
In the canteen we work among other things, with food waste, products in season and generally good food experiences, made from scratch.
