Our environmental work

In the canteen at Haldor Topsoe in Frederikssund is Jonas Petersen chef, and is responsible for the daily operation of the canteen. Jonas has along with his souschef a strong team in the kitchen, and they are all looking forward to giving employees at Haldor Topsoe good dining experiences!

Our Food Philosophy

Our ambition is to create a canteen where you can
relax and socialize, eat a delicious meal and turn
back to work with renewed energy.
In the canteen we work among other things, with food waste, products in season and generally good food experiences, made from scratch.
